The Drive with Artie site and related SMS are operated by UpHelp Auto Assistance LLC (Oregon). The brand remains Artie’s. Drive with Artie is a brand / DBA of UpHelp Auto Assistance LLC. Royal Moore Auto Center is not the brand owner or operator of this site or SMS. It is not a manufacturer site, not a dealership website, and not a promise that any specific vehicle is held for you until Artie confirms it.

Royal Moore may appear as context for Artie’s current sales work and live inventory references. That does not make Royal Moore the operator of this personal brand site or the Drive with Artie SMS brand.

Information on the site (including inventory listings synced from public dealership feeds) is for general help and conversation. Prices, availability, incentives, financing, and vehicle condition can change. Artie will confirm details before you rely on them. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financing advice.

When we show live inventory, it comes from third-party/public dealership inventory sources and may lag reality. Cars can sell or move between refreshes. Mileage and some details may be missing. Always confirm with Artie before visiting or committing.

Don’t misuse the site or SMS channel: no harassment, spam, fraud, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, or illegal activity. We may limit or end access if needed to protect people or the service.

If you send notes, feedback, or reviews through our flows, you give Drive with Artie permission to use that content to respond and improve the service. Don’t send content you don’t have the right to share.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DRIVE WITH ARTIE AND ARTIE JOHNSON ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR SMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) $100. Some places don’t allow certain limits—those limits apply only as allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drive with Artie and Artie Johnson from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or SMS, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections say otherwise. Courts in Oregon may hear disputes, subject to applicable law.
